The lows survive (codecs keep them — the highpass sits at a fixed 80 Hz), the top turns dark and narrow, a 47 Hz level 'swirl' shimmers the sound, and the connection is never quite perfect: a trace of packet loss rides along even at Dropouts 0%, growing gently with Amount.
